Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. US orders with an express shipping method - placed prior to 3 PM EST Monday - Friday - are processed and shipped the same day.

All new orders are subject to address and billing verification. Some orders, regardless of shipping method, are placed on hold if the customer information does not allow authorization.
We are unable to cancel, change, or make any edits to an order once it reaches the processing state. An order in the processing state is being prepared for shipping and can no longer be edited.
For orders placed outside the US:
If you are placing an order from Austria, Brunei, Bulgaria, Ghana, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Morocco, Netherlands, Nigeria, Philippines, Singapore, Tunisia, or Venezuela, you will need to fax us a letter of authorization including your full name as it appears on the credit card, the credit card number, expiration date, billing address, authorization to charge your card and a photocopy of the front and back of the credit card. Please send your fax attn: the Call Center. If we do not receive your fax, your order will be deleted automatically. Please use the following fax number: 434-984-6798.
All international orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.
Please note: the operator of this site reserves the right to cancel an order at anytime. If your order is cancelled any funds collected will be returned.
